Prior to accepting your case we need to determine if your judgment is collectible. A retainer fee is required to cover cost of preliminary asset search and investigation. Once we evaluate the asset and financial information a determination will be made if the judgment is collectible. Not Every Judgment Is Collectible !!
Judgment Recovery out of our normal covered areas a mileage charge will apply.
Mileage Charge: $0.45 per mile plus toll & parking
